Who we are

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect: your name, email address and telephone number; your child's first name and age; and your preferred centre and programme. We collect this information only when you choose to give it to us.

Why we collect it

We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a free assessment for your child. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Information about children

We collect a child's first name and age so that we can recommend a suitable programme. We do not collect information directly from children, and we ask that only a parent or guardian completes our forms. We hold no more information about a child than is necessary to answer your enquiry.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to enrolment, we delete your details within 12 months. If your child joins us, we retain records for the duration of their enrolment and for six years afterwards, in line with normal business record-keeping.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Resend (sending enquiry emails), Forward Email (email delivery) and Google (email storage through Gmail). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our spam protection may set a short-lived technical token that is necessary for the enquiry form to work.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@wonderkidz.co.uk.
